Production Details & Tasting Notes
These varietals were fermented and aged separately, then blended together just before going into the bottle. Chardonnay and Viognier both produce dry, full-bodied wines. The unoaked Chardonnay leads to aromas and flavors of yellow apple and honey with a touch of vanilla on the finish. The Viognier has vibrant floral qualities and flavors of stone fruit, like peach and apricot. Its balanced acidity brings a wonderful, full mouth-feel to the blend.
